Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, seasoned, cooked, and diced
Can of 98% fat free cream of chicken
8 oz of fat free sour cream
1 teaspoon of poppy seeds

Stir all of this together and pour into a sprayed casserole dish.

To make the topping, crush one tube of townhouse or ritz reduced fat crackers
and mix with 1 TB of melted margarine or butter. Spread crackers over top of casserole and
sprinkle a little more poppy seeds on top.

Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly (20-25 min)

6 points per serving and this will serve about 6.
